A family physician by training, she understands the demands placed on physicians today and serves as an advocate for them within the Memorial Hermann organization. In her role, she provides oversight and direction for the physician organization including MHMD, MHMG, MHACO, Emergency Department, Employer Solutions and Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care.

A family medicine physician, she has previously served the organization as a regional director of operations for Memorial Hermann Medical Group. In her current role, she serves as a liaison between the independent physician network and the Memorial Hermann Health System to enhance communication and quality performance.

He began his career with Memorial Hermann in 2011 as an emergency medicine physician. In 2017, he accepted the role of system medical director for emergency medicine, assuming a seat on the Memorial Hermann Physician Network (MHMD) Board of Directors in 2018. Dr. Bublewicz oversees the provider operations of the Hospital & CCC Emergency Departments as well as the Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care locations. He seeks opportunities to collaborate with nursing and other multi-disciplinary colleagues to implement best practices and efficiency in these practice locations as well as continuing to advocate for clinical and leadership development for our clinicians.

In 2009, he began his leadership journey with the Memorial Hermann Physician Organization by serving as the Director of the Hospitalist Program at Memorial Hermann – Texas Medical Center, later expanding to include oversight of UTHealth. In addition, Dr. Harbison has served as chairman of the Hospitalist Clinical Programs Committee (CPC), Section Chief of the Hospitalist Division at the University of Texas McGovern Medical School, Physician Leader of the Hospital Medicine Accountable Care Organization (ACO) Service Line Projects at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center, and as an advisor on several CPCs. In his current role, he supervises the provider operation of the Hospital Medicine services at all Memorial Hermann acute care facilities.
